About the Role

The Transformation Associate reports to the Global Head of Transformation and supports JLL's Strategy 2030 by managing individual project workstreams within large transformation initiatives. This role ensures that project objectives, timelines, and outcomes align with enterprise‑wide strategic goals across business lines such as Leasing Advisory, Capital Markets, and REMS. • Lead end‑to‑end execution of transformation projects within the Strategy 2030 framework, developing detailed plans, timelines and resource forecasts. • Coordinate project activities across business lines (Leasing Advisory, Capital Markets, REMS) to ensure alignment with program objectives. • Track project milestones, dependencies, scope, and resources; facilitate meetings, stakeholder reviews and issue resolution. • Prepare status reports, dashboards and executive updates; drive change‑management adoption and manage vendor relationships. • Monitor KPIs, ROI and quality of deliverables; conduct quality assurance reviews and document lessons learned.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3–5 years of project‑management experience with 2 + years in transformation or change initiatives. • PMP or equivalent certification preferred; strong proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project‑management methodologies. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint and experience with tools like Monday.com, Smartsheet or similar. • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, stakeholder expectations and cross‑functional teams in a matrix environment. • Excellent communication skills for presenting information clearly to diverse audiences across time zones.

Compensation is estimated between $123,200 and $169,400 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401(k) match, medical, dental and vision coverage, paid parental leave at full salary, paid time off, company holidays, and daily pay access.
