About the Role

• Respond promptly to resident and management service requests for common areas, buildings, and units. • Perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance tasks. • Assist with scheduling and execution of maintenance‑related turn events and make‑ready processes. • Conduct daily exterior clean‑up, including grounds, breezeways, and common areas. • Maintain swimming pool cleanliness and accurate chemical logs. • Inspect grounds and facilities daily to identify and correct hazards or liability concerns. • Execute the preventative maintenance program to extend property life and reduce future repairs. • Keep the maintenance shop organized, stocked, and compliant with OSHA safety standards. • Support the Maintenance Supervisor with hazard communication, safety practices, and inventory monitoring. • Record service requests, EPA/OSHA compliance, preventative maintenance, and make‑ready status accurately. • Perform general upkeep and cleaning of offices, model units, and common areas. • Report community rule violations to the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager. • Participate in on‑call emergency response for the community. • Provide excellent customer service, monitoring request turnaround and resident interactions. • Enforce community policies as delegated by supervisors.

What You Bring

• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent and basic computer proficiency. • Understand Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. • Physically capable of lifting and moving objects over 100 lb, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces and varied weather conditions. • Available for overtime, weekends, night hours, and on‑call emergencies. • Possess reliable transportation for emergency calls.
