About the Role

The Scheduler will develop and maintain detailed production schedules, coordinate inventory of materials, and align delivery requirements with sales forecasts and the S&OP process. The role involves creating slotting plans, communicating ship dates, and using automated planning tools to drive schedule adherence. • Create and maintain detailed plant production schedules, slotting plans, and inventory requirements. • Consolidate production plans and use automated forecasting tools to schedule production. • Communicate ship dates to sales and coordinate with configuration, supply, and capacity teams. • Monitor schedule adherence, review inventory versus sales orders, and adjust plans as needed. • Analyze large data sets under time pressure to develop optimal production and material plans. • Apply advanced math, statistics, and Excel (pivot tables) to integrate times, quantities and performance data. • Present schedules persuasively, resolve conflicts, and maintain harmony with internal and external customers.

What You Bring

The position requires deep knowledge of production practices, advanced analytical and mathematical skills, and proficiency with computer‑aided planning, Excel pivot tables, and inventory control systems. A bachelor’s degree in materials management or a related field and at least one year of planning experience are preferred. • Required: in‑depth knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and computer‑aided simulation tools. • Required: strong analytical, problem‑solving, and human‑relations skills; verbal and written presentation ability. • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Materials Management, Business Management or Industrial Engineering; Lean Manufacturing experience; APICS certification.
