About the Role
The main purpose of the role is to implement or support an integrated risk management framework across a major capital programme. Responsibilities include facilitating the identification, assessment and prioritisation of threats, opportunities and issues; maintaining visibility of risk triggers to manage the risk budget; using risk data to inform investment planning; recording and tracking measurable management responses; monitoring overall risk exposure; collaborating with contractors on risk assessments; producing timely risk reports; and conducting quantitative cost and schedule risk assessments to inform project contingencies. • Implement an integrated risk management framework for a major airport capital programme. • Facilitate identification, assessment and prioritisation of threats, opportunities and issues. • Monitor risk triggers, profile costs and manage risk budget drawdowns or retirements. • Use risk data to inform investment planning and produce timely risk reports. • Record and track measurable management responses and assess post‑mitigation positions. • Assess contractor‑held risks and their impact on client risks. • Conduct quantitative cost and schedule risk assessments to set project contingencies. • Apply quantitative risk tools such as PRA, @Risk, Safran or equivalents. • Utilise web‑based databases (ARM, Predict, Tableau) for risk data management.

What You Bring
We have a range of exciting opportunities for QRA‑capable Risk Managers of all levels to join our expanding Infrastructure business, supporting a major London‑based airport and delivering high‑value projects. The role is suited to risk professionals with aviation or airport experience and a proven track record of successful delivery in major international airport environments. Candidates must demonstrate strong qualitative and quantitative risk assessment skills, a working understanding of an integrated risk management process, and experience facilitating risk workshops, threat mitigation and opportunity exploitation. Proficiency with tools such as PRA, @Risk, Safran, ARM, Predict or Tableau is required, and APM/IRM risk certification and a degree in a construction‑related discipline are preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential. • Demonstrate expertise in qualitative and quantitative risk assessment, risk workshops and probabilistic modelling. • Hold APM/IRM risk certification (preferred) and a degree in a construction‑related discipline. • Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
