About the Role

The Aerial Foreman oversees all phases of utility construction on telecom projects, ensuring work complies with design specifications, managing crews, establishing safety perimeters, completing documentation, and coordinating daily schedules and deliveries. • Install and repair aerial CATV, coaxial, and fiber cable. • Place, relocate, and remove poles, lines, and wire to maintain customer facilities. • Set up safety perimeters with signage, cones, and barriers. • Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with design. • Direct on‑site activities and lead in‑house crews. • Complete documentation, record crew time, and communicate with supervisors. • Oversee daily schedules, deliveries, and crew productivity.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates have at least three years of telecommunications construction experience, OSHA‑10, CPR, and flagging certifications, can work at heights and in all weather conditions, and demonstrate strong problem‑solving and leadership abilities. • Minimum 3 + years telecom construction experience (coax/fiber splicing, aerial/underground work). • OSHA 10, CPR, and flagging certifications; knowledge of OSHA safety requirements. • Ability to operate bucket trucks, digger/Derek trucks, lift 70 lb, and climb up to 35 ft. • Proficient in reading work orders and CTV cable prints. • Strong problem‑solving, hands‑on work ethic, and leadership/mentoring abilities. • Availability for on‑call work, including evenings and weekends, and comfort working outdoors in all weather.
