About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all maintenance operations of assigned communities, working closely with the Community Manager to manage service requests, preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and resident satisfaction. This role oversees staff and vendor activities to ensure the property remains well‑maintained and compliant with regulations. • Coordinate and respond to resident and management work orders daily. • Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas to identify and correct safety hazards. • Manage maintenance inventory and order supplies within budget guidelines. • Implement and track a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life. • Maintain an organized, OSHA‑compliant maintenance shop and hazard communications program. • Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate maintenance staff and vendors. • Provide daily work‑progress checks and on‑the‑spot assistance to technicians. • Deliver excellent customer service, monitor request turnaround, and uphold community policies. • Participate in unit inspections, make‑ready processes, and on‑call emergency response. • Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and Fair Housing regulations. • Operate on‑site software and basic computer applications.

What You Bring

The position requires regular on‑site presence, the ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting 100 lb, navigating confined spaces, and working in varied weather conditions.
