About the Role
As a Senior Project Architect you will lead interdisciplinary teams, leveraging industry experience and technical acumen to drive a wide range of project types and sizes through all phases of design, documentation, and construction. You will also influence practice and culture, becoming an integral part of our regional architecture practice. • Lead design and technical documentation teams in partnership with the Project Director or Project Manager. • Support the pursuit of new project opportunities. • Prepare design and contract drawings using advanced software tools. • Develop solutions to difficult technical problems. • Oversee the work of junior designers and architects. • Manage client, team, and project coordination, including coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape, and civil consultants. • Facilitate communication among project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and permitting officials. • Provide quality control reviews of studio projects.

What You Bring
We are seeking a creative, highly talented Senior Project Architect based in Columbus, Ohio. The role requires leadership of design and technical excellence, a passion for delivering quality work, mentoring staff, and leading multi‑disciplinary teams. • Hold a Bachelor of Architecture with at least 8 years of experience and be a licensed architect. • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and PowerPoint. • Knowledge of building codes, standards, construction methods, and structural systems. • Preferred: LEED Accredited Professional certification. • Demonstrate strong collaborative, written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
