About the Role
• Perform reactive repairs to lighting circuits, sockets, fuseboards and other electrical systems • Inspect and test installations for safety and regulatory compliance • Replace or repair faulty switches, outlets, light fittings and circuit breakers • Work independently or in a team to meet daily repair targets • Communicate repair details and outcomes to tenants/residents • Maintain clean and safe work areas after each job • Follow health and safety policies and procedures • Respond to emergency call‑outs, including out‑of‑hours shifts when required • Install, service, repair and maintain a variety of domestic properties • Use IT systems to manage and prioritise workload and complete repairs promptly

What You Bring
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations (including AM2) and City & Guilds 18th Edition (or 17th Edition with progression) • Full UK driving licence with a clean record (age >21, licence >3 months, <9 points) • Inspection and Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent 2394/2395) • Previous experience in domestic or social housing electrical work
