About the Role

The Rental Yard Associate role ensures that all rental equipment is clean, inspected, and in good, usable condition before it goes out to the customer. By maintaining equipment readiness, the associate directly supports White Cap’s mission to help build America. The position requires physical stamina and adherence to safety policies. • Clean rental equipment and work areas using hand tools and cleaning equipment. • Inspect equipment for damage and report any issues per procedure. • Oil and lubricate tools, equipment, and tilt‑up braces according to specifications. • Prepare and stage rental orders for delivery. • Follow company safety policies and procedures.

What You Bring
