Maintenance Coordinator - Wednesday-Sunday

About the Role

The role collaborates with the maintenance manager, supervisors, and technicians to stock and maintain a spare parts warehouse and to manage preventative maintenance plans, ensuring schedules and parts are aligned. It also reviews equipment usage data and failure trends to determine optimal spare parts stock and records open issues by machine and department. • Develop and maintain preventative maintenance (PM) schedules. • Keep accurate records of critical component rebuilds. • Manage spare parts inventory with appropriate stock levels. • Research alternative replacement components. • Build strong interpersonal relationships and teamwork. • Apply sound decision‑making and analytical problem‑solving. • Perform periodic visits to the manufacturing facility with exposure to temperature extremes, dust and chemical fumes.
