About the Role

Operators run mold machine processes to produce quality parts at the required productivity rate, adhering to customer specifications and Hubbell Power Systems Quality Operating Principles. • Produce quality molded parts using various molding process systems. • Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs and adjustments to molding equipment. • Perform 100% trim and inspection, identifying and segregating scrap. • Complete daily paperwork, including hour‑by‑hour charts, part counting, and packaging. • Maintain safety, quality, production, and 5S housekeeping standards. • Frequently carry items up to 44 lb; light carrying (<15 lb) up to 75 % of the time. • Use hand tools and perform gripping/handling of up to 5 lb frequently.

What You Bring
