Kimley-Horn is seeking a motivated Senior Project Manager, Practice Builder to expand its Land Development practice in Gainesville, Florida. Candidates must have 8+ years of land development project management experience, a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license, extensive contacts with architects, developers, attorneys, planners, and land owners, strong AutoCAD Civil3D skills, and business development expertise including proposal writing and budgeting. Effective communication, staff mentorship, and a proven record of profitable project delivery are also required. • 8+ years of relevant land development project management experience • Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license • Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D • Business development experience: writing proposals, scopes, and budgeting • Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels • Demonstrated ability to manage land development projects profitably
