About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor at Cushman & Wakefield delivers maintenance support to ensure resident satisfaction, overseeing quality move‑ins, timely service, and personal attention for residents of multifamily properties. Key duties include preparing market‑ready apartments, responding promptly to resident service requests, and applying a broad skill set that covers plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, pool care, snow removal, and life‑safety issues, while also maintaining grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks in clean and safe condition. • Prepare market‑ready apartments, including painting, carpet cleaning, repairs, and housekeeping. • Respond to resident service requests in a timely manner. • Perform plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, pool maintenance, and snow removal tasks. • Maintain cleanliness and safety of grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks. • Execute on‑call emergency procedures and report life‑safety concerns. • Schedule and document preventative maintenance activities. • Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal housing codes and policies. • Participate in required training and safety programs. • Work any shift Sunday through Saturday to meet business needs. • Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lb repeatedly as needed.

What You Bring
The role requires flexibility to work any shift from Sunday to Saturday, knowledge of safe cleaning practices, basic math proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and either an EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification, supported by a high school diploma or vocational training and at least three years of relevant experience. Employees operate in a professional office environment, regularly travel between properties, and must meet physical demands such as extended standing, climbing ladders, lifting up to 100 lb, and working in varying outdoor weather conditions, with travel comprising up to 10 % of the job. • Hold a valid driver’s license and required certification (EPA 608 Type II or CPO). • Possess at least three years of related maintenance experience.
