About the Role

• Plan work procedures, determine replacement needs, and develop logical solutions to electrical problems. • Analyze circuits, wiring diagrams, and drawings to install, repair, calibrate, service, or replace electronic devices and systems. • Receive and act on wiring diagrams, specifications, and instructions for emergency and scheduled repairs, installations, and inspections. • Service electronic equipment by testing and replacing faulty components, circuits, and printed circuit boards. • Install, repair, and maintain communication and power distribution cables, performing splicing as needed. • Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and high‑voltage systems (480 V). • Fabricate non‑commercial parts using machine and hand tools. • Diagnose, adjust, repair, and overhaul equipment as required. • Advise operators and mechanics on potential electrical hazards and corrective actions. • Notify supervisors of dangerous equipment and actions taken.

The company is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician for its Butler, Georgia operations, reporting to the Plant Manager. The role involves leading safety, quality, and revenue generation across existing and growing operations, with a day shift (approximately 6 a.m. – 5 p.m.) and full‑time status. • Perform tasks requiring knowledge of electrical theory, codes, material properties, and equipment operation, including start‑up and shutdown per safety procedures and OSHA requirements. • Minimum 1.5 years of industrial electrician experience. • Ability to conduct safety and maintenance inspections daily. • Demonstrated troubleshooting and equipment knowledge. • Understanding of basic safety and work instructions; flexible for overtime. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational, scheduling, and time‑management abilities. • Team‑player mindset; able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. • Pass pre‑employment drug testing.
