We work with transparent monthly All‑Hands meetings, modern integrated systems that reduce friction, performance‑driven growth, true flexibility in work hours, and close collaboration across engineering, product, design, marketing, and customer success. • Develop new features, fix bugs, and re‑architect core components for web, mobile, and backend services. • Contribute to architecture decisions and shape the long‑term technical vision. • Mentor junior engineers, review pull requests, and share knowledge through pairing and code reviews. • Enhance developer experience by improving tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring. • Navigate high technical complexity across shared components and multiple product lines. • Accelerate learning to keep pace with the company’s rapid development cycle.

What You Bring

Benefits
The position is full‑time and remote‑based in Australia, with remuneration ranging from AUD 160,000 to 200,000 (including super). Salary is adjusted using a Cost‑of‑Living Multiplier derived from Numbeo data to ensure fair compensation across regions.
