About the Role

The Program Director is independently accountable for a sizable staff or support function, or for a profit‑and‑loss center, major product line, or support unit, overseeing the overall delivery of large EPC projects. • Ensure safe project execution that meets client satisfaction, cost, schedule, and contractual requirements. • Deliver financial, HSE, client‑satisfaction, budget, and schedule performance targets. • Serve as the primary liaison between client and KBR. • Manage and coordinate all project personnel through direct supervision, sub‑ordinates, joint ventures, or alliances. • Collaborate with Sales during the proposal phase, evaluate requirements, and act as proposal manager when needed. • Define precise scope of work, track changes from proposal to contract, and negotiate modifications with the client. • Develop, maintain, and adjust the project execution plan, keeping stakeholders informed of status. • Lead the project management team to successful project completion. • Uphold KBR’s business ethics and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and systems.

What You Bring

Candidates must possess at least 15 years of relevant experience—typically 20 + years with several years in senior project‑management roles—an undergraduate engineering degree, and a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license. Experience in decarbonization, energy transition, or sustainability is highly desirable.
