Develop and maintain React/TS web apps for CoStar's CRM platform

About the Role
Engineers are expected to collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers, contribute to shared component libraries, and mentor junior team members. The environment emphasizes agile practices, code quality, and continuous learning of emerging front‑end technologies. • Develop responsive, high‑performance web applications with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. • Build reusable, scalable UI components and maintain front‑end architecture. • Write unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library. • Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and agile ceremonies. • Mentor developers and act as a front‑end technology subject‑matter expert. • Evaluate emerging technologies to improve the platform.

What You Bring

Candidates must be eligible to work full‑time in the United States; the company does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of production front‑end development. • Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Experience with RESTful APIs and build tools such as Webpack or Babel. • Knowledge of web standards, accessibility, and security best practices. • Agile development experience and solid testing skills. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities. • Experience with state‑management libraries (Redux, Context API). • Familiarity with C#, SQL Server, and integrating front‑end with backend services. • Exposure to document databases (DynamoDB, Elasticsearch) and Node.js.
