About the Role
Under direct supervision, the successful candidate will complete assignments in connection with commercial real estate valuation and consulting projects. Responsibilities include data collection and market research, analyzing complex highest and best use scenarios, and evaluating revenue and expense performance. The role also requires estimating cash flows using discounted cash flow models, analyzing comparable sales, conducting detailed cost analyses, and drawing market comparisons to develop opinions of value. • Perform commercial real estate valuations, including data collection, market research, DCF modeling, and comparable sales analysis. • Analyze highest and best use scenarios, revenue/expense performance, and detailed cost analyses to develop opinions of value. • Provide timely, reliable, and courteous service while communicating findings effectively to clients.

Mastery of the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint) and proficiency with Argus Enterprise or Rockport are required. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree, Certified General Appraiser license with MAI designation, and 7+ years of multifamily appraisal experience. • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office Suite and Argus Enterprise or Rockport. • Thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment with opportunities for professional development.

Benefits
The position offers a salary plus fee split, with total compensation expected to be $150k–$250k annually. Eligible employees can enroll in a variety of benefit programs, including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and paid and unpaid time off. Compensation may vary based on geographic location, hire date, hours worked, job type, business line, and collective bargaining agreements, but will not be below minimum wage. • Earn $150k–$250k total compensation with salary plus fee split and eligibility for comprehensive health, retirement, and other benefits.
