About the Role
The position coordinates the electrical design team through schematic development and contract document phases, establishes meetings with governing agencies for code compliance, and manages workload to meet project schedules. It includes on‑site work sessions with the Project Manager and other disciplines, review of interdisciplinary conflicts, and authoring of specifications and equipment selections. Additional responsibilities cover change management, construction contract administration, and QA/QC of other engineers’ work. • Coordinate electrical design team through schematic design and contract document phases • Lead meetings and reviews with governing agencies for code compliance • Manage workload to meet project schedule • Conduct on‑site work sessions with Project Manager and other disciplines • Review electrical documents for interdisciplinary conflicts • Write and edit electrical specifications; select equipment, systems, and devices • Assist disciplines with addenda, RFIs, CPRs, and change orders; integrate approved changes • Provide construction contract administration as needed • Perform QA/QC on work of other electrical engineers, coordinators, or technicians

What You Bring
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering with an electrical emphasis, experience in building electrical design, a professional PE license, and strong skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SKM, AGI, and EasyPower.
