About the Role
The successful candidate will operate asphalt plant equipment safely and efficiently to meet daily production targets while monitoring plant controls to maintain consistent quality and optimal performance. Routine inspections, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting are performed to minimize downtime, and collaboration with team members ensures smooth material flow and organized worksite conditions. All work is conducted in accordance with strict safety protocols. • Operate asphalt plant equipment safely to meet production targets. • Monitor plant controls to ensure quality and performance. • Conduct inspections, basic maintenance, and troubleshoot to reduce downtime. • Coordinate material flow with team members for smooth operations. • Follow safety protocols and maintain an organized worksite. • Learn and operate Hot Mix Asphalt plant systems and related equipment. • Troubleshoot issues and exercise sound judgment in fast‑paced settings. • Perform physical tasks in diverse outdoor conditions. • Work with moving equipment and withstand inclement weather, temperature extremes, humidity, and high noise levels.
