About the Role

In this role you will prepare, finish, and apply industrial coatings to a variety of components, ensuring surfaces are clean and defect‑free before work begins. Tasks include sanding, repairing, and mixing paints and primers according to specifications, while primarily using spray equipment and supplementing with rollers or brushes when required. This first‑shift position offers a base rate of $28 per hour, with an additional $100 per day per diem for travelers located more than 60 miles from the job site. The role emphasizes safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, providing an opportunity to advance your painting career. Candidates must have prior experience as a painter and be able to follow both written and verbal instructions. Proficiency with spray guns, sanding tools, and other coating equipment, along with strong attention to detail, is essential.
