About the Role

The Workplace Experience Ambassador role supports the Amazon account team by owning the internal and external visitor experience. This position ensures the highest standards of engagement through front‑of‑house and meeting‑and‑event services, while maintaining presentation, administration, and delivery standards across various settings. Day‑to‑day duties involve managing visitor interactions, delivering sign‑in and badging services, handling luggage, lost‑and‑found items, and deliveries, as well as responding to telephone, email, and other inquiries. The ambassador also greets and assists candidates, new hires, and visitors, maintains the appearance of front‑of‑house and meeting areas, and sets up meeting and event spaces with attention to furniture, signage, equipment, and consumables. • Own the visitor experience to ensure positive, memorable interactions. • Provide sign‑in, badging, luggage handling, lost‑and‑found, and delivery services. • Greet, assist, and direct candidates, new hires, visitors, and the public. • Maintain high standards of presentation and functionality in front‑of‑house and meeting areas. • Set up and monitor meeting and event spaces, including furniture, signage, equipment, and consumables. • Create and maintain Outlook, conference room finder, and SharePoint booking systems. • Respond promptly and accurately to meeting and event enquiries and update room booking displays.

What You Bring

The role requires experience in reception or concierge functions, strong people skills, and the ability to interact with a wide range of client staff. Candidates should have worked in high‑profile corporate environments, be fluent in English and the local language, possess strong PC literacy, and demonstrate very high attention to detail and professionalism. Preferred qualifications include catering or hospitality experience, exposure to facilities management, knowledge of local services such as shops and transport options, and familiarity with meeting‑room management systems and event‑coordination processes. An understanding of security awareness and emergency evacuation procedures is also beneficial. • Experience in reception, concierge, or related field with strong people skills. • Background in high‑profile corporate environments with outstanding customer service. • Fluency in English and local language, strong PC literacy, and multi‑system management ability. • Very high attention to detail, professional demeanor, and ambassadorial attitude. • Excellent written and verbal communication with customers at all levels. • Catering or hospitality experience (preferred). • Facilities Management exposure and knowledge of corporate operations. • Familiarity with local area services such as shops, restaurants, hotels, and transport. • Experience with meeting‑room management systems and space coordination. • Background in event coordination and setup processes. • Understanding of security awareness and emergency evacuation procedures.
