About the Role
• Collect and secure rental payments • Scan and verify daily bank deposits • Assist Community Director with rate approvals in Yieldstar • Enter daily transactions in Yardi and resolve validations • Prepare accounting records and monthly close‑out reports • Verify move‑out accuracy for rental collection integration • Deliver late rent notices and contact residents with unpaid rent • Handle bad debt collection • Assist with eviction processes per municipal policies • Enter skip watch information in Yardi when applicable • Support Apartment Ratings responses • Help achieve positive SatisFact scores • Assist with leasing duties, show apartments and prepare e‑leases • Maintain organized community office files • Stay knowledgeable of Fair Housing, collections, evictions, towing regulations • Prepare timely and accurate reports • Process work orders for resident service requests • Inspect vacant apartments and ready them for market • Promote resident retention through renewal program • Conduct periodic common‑area inspections • Report maintenance issues • Assist in planning resident functions • Follow safety policies and use required equipment • Provide courteous service to residents, prospective residents, and coworkers • Maintain reliable transportation and accessible emergency contact method

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or equivalent, possesses strong mathematical and communication skills, and is proficient with Microsoft Office and internet tools. Experience with apartment or property management and familiarity with Yardi software are preferred, along with leadership abilities and a valid driver’s license. • Be available for overtime, weekends, holidays, and evenings • Travel and overnight stays may be required • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong mathematical skills for pro‑rations and deposits • Excellent verbal and written communication • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Outlook, and internet • Apartment management experience preferred • Strong proficiency with Yardi or similar property management software • Leadership and team‑building abilities • Valid driver’s license
