About the Role
Stewards support the Culinary Department by upholding the Discovery Land Company experience for members and staff. They work collaboratively with teammates, attend briefings, and follow opening and closing procedures to meet departmental objectives. Key duties include maintaining sanitation standards in all kitchen work areas, cleaning dishes and equipment, providing clean cooking utensils, and safely storing chemicals with proper concentration logs. They also set up china, glassware, and silverware for each outlet, monitor inventory of food, supplies, and dishware, and keep equipment such as dishwashers, ovens, and refrigerators clean and functional. • Maintain sanitation standards and clean all kitchen work areas, dishes, and equipment. • Provide clean cooking utensils and store them properly. • Safely handle and log chemical storage and concentrations. • Set up china, glassware, and silverware for each outlet daily. • Perform opening and closing procedures as instructed. • Monitor and replenish inventory of food, supplies, and dishware. • Keep culinary equipment (dishwashers, ovens, mixers, refrigerators) clean and functional. • Adhere to all company policies and procedures. • Work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts over 8 hours.

The role runs from April 20 2026 to October 7 2026, and H‑2B visa sponsorship is available for in‑country extensions. Candidates must have at least three months of experience in a high‑volume restaurant, resort, or private club and be able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts longer than eight hours. Benefits
Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience, and includes employee meals, referral incentives, and recognition programs.
