About the Role
The Maintenance Technician II efficiently performs all necessary maintenance for the apartment community while assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in directing and managing the overall maintenance programs. • Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical duties. • Assist the Service Manager with community tasks as needed. • Complete service requests accurately and promptly. • Carry out preventative maintenance repairs. • Respond to emergency service calls according to company policy. • Support resident functions and interactions. • Participate in the community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program. • Work a flexible schedule and be on‑call as required.

What You Bring
• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience. • Hold an A/C Certification Type II or Universal. • Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Demonstrate punctuality, dependability, self‑starting attitude, and teamwork.
