About the Role
The Shop Technician – HAC ensures that all compressor and related equipment is maintained to operational standards, supporting field service readiness. This role demands a mechanically inclined, motivated, and dependable individual. • Diagnose, test, and repair compressors, engines, and related equipment, including complete overhauls. • Order and machine parts to exact specifications for equipment repairs. • Collaborate with field staff to troubleshoot and determine repair needs. • Maintain a clean and safe work area and equipment. • Perform compressor preventative maintenance and work with rotary screw oil‑free compressors. • Read and interpret schematics and use Microsoft Office for documentation.

What You Bring
Education requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree or technical trade school training considered a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
