About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor directs all maintenance activities for a community, handling service requests, preventative maintenance, staff and vendor coordination, safety compliance, and resident relations. Working closely with the Community Manager, the supervisor ensures properties are well‑maintained, hazards are mitigated, and the overall resident experience aligns with Asset Living’s standards. • Oversee daily maintenance operations, service requests and preventative programs. • Inspect grounds, buildings and common areas to identify and correct hazards. • Manage inventory and maintain an OSHA‑compliant, well‑stocked maintenance shop. • Coordinate work orders, vendor services and on‑call emergency response. • Supervise, train and schedule maintenance staff, providing coaching and performance feedback. • Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA and Fair Housing regulations. • Deliver excellent customer service and timely resolution of resident requests. • Maintain accurate records of work orders, make‑ready status and compliance documentation. • Perform physical duties including moving 100‑lb objects, working in confined spaces and on‑call overtime.
