About the Role

The primary function of this role is to provide quality support for customers through product evaluation, testing, investigations, and communications. The position collaborates with factories, design teams, and other functions to enhance product quality. • Perform technical evaluations and repairs of warranty returns • Participate in problem‑solving teams • Write post‑evaluation customer reports • Process shipping, receiving, and movement of PIC products at Menomonee Falls • Enter return and evaluation data into the VISTA system • Support follow‑up on issues with customers and factories • Provide same‑day responses to internal and external emergency requests • Deliver PIC customer service and administrative support as needed • Use customers’ online quality portals to post evaluation results • Ensure compliance with corporate and local EHS policies • Facilitate continuous improvement to meet quality, productivity, and growth objectives • Troubleshoot malfunctions, perform basic root‑cause analysis, and report findings • Use mechanical and electrical measurement tools, as well as hand and power tools • Lift and move objects up to 35 lb • Apply quality tools such as Six Sigma, lean, and cost‑of‑quality methods • Utilize problem‑solving tools including 8D, root‑cause analysis, and SPC • Collaborate effectively with customers, suppliers, factories, and cross‑functional teams

What You Bring

Basic qualifications include an associate’s degree in Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Technology (or completion by May 2026) or a high‑school diploma/GED with significant hands‑on experience in electrical circuitry. Candidates must reside within a 50‑mile radius of the site; no relocation assistance is offered, and Eaton does not sponsor immigration visas for this position. • Demonstrate working knowledge of FMEAs, pFMEAs, gauge R&R/MSA, and control plans • Read schematics and technical diagrams • Exhibit strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities • Remain organized, self‑motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision
