About the Role

The Senior Finance Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield supports the development of the annual operating plan and forecasts for the Project & Development Services segment, partnering closely with business leaders to align financial objectives. Key duties include producing monthly financial data, conducting variance analysis against prior years and the operating plan, preparing business financial presentations, and assisting managers with budgeting, forecasts, and operations planning. The role also involves reviewing monthly and annual results, coordinating with Finance on forecasts and budgets, designing dynamic financial models, researching expense and revenue information, and evaluating alternative solutions to drive business improvements. The analyst serves as the primary liaison between Finance, Project Management, and Space Management Operations, partners with FP&A leadership to enhance reporting, gathers data for periodic reports, develops and maintains BI dashboards, and resolves reporting issues to reduce cost and time. What You Bring

Qualifications require at least five years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA/CPA preferred), strong expertise with financial systems such as Essbase and Hyperion, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI, and demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment. The position operates in a professional office setting with standard equipment, may require travel between properties, and involves physical activities such as climbing stairs and standing for extended periods. • Required: 5+ years experience; Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CPA preferred); expertise in Essbase/Hyperion, Excel, PowerBI; strong analytical and communication skills.

Benefits
