About the Role
Key duties include inspecting materials, installations, and layout on the project site and evaluating acceptability. The inspector determines and notifies the contractor of any unacceptable work with the Construction Contracts Manager’s approval, and serves as liaison between the CCM, operations, owner, and contractor. Responsibilities also cover performing or supervising quality‑control testing, maintaining thorough records such as daily logs, weekly progress updates, and inspection findings, and verifying contractor quantities for monthly pay estimates. Other duties may be assigned, and attendance is required during normal business hours. • Inspect site materials, installations, and layout; report non‑conforming items. • Notify contractors of unacceptable work with CCM approval and act as liaison among CCM, owners, and contractors. • Perform or supervise quality‑control testing and maintain detailed project logs and records. • Verify contractor quantities for monthly pay estimates.

The salary range for this full‑time position is $66,600 – $84,333 per year, determined by geography, client and industry experience, and level.
