What You Bring
• Hands-On Trade Experience: 2+ years in mechanics, drywall, glazing, carpentry, or construction. • Attention to Detail: Skilled in measuring, cutting, fitting, and finishing with precision. • Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using power tools, levels, and hand tools — basic plumbing knowledge is a plus. • Reliability: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel for training (Real ID or passport required).
