About the Role

Property managers operate independently across several locations, handling both indoor and outdoor tasks. They interact with customers to determine storage needs, promote packing and moving supplies, conduct daily unit inspections, manage cash handling and bank deposits, and ensure timely payment collections. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing/moving supplies. • Perform daily unit inspections to verify inventory accuracy and availability. • Audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminders and collections. • Transport items up to 35 lb and spend up to 50 % of the shift outdoors, including stairs and large doors. • Execute cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and keeping exterior grounds free of debris.

What You Bring

Successful candidates have experience in customer‑service focused sales environments like retail, restaurants, or fast‑food operations, possess a valid driver’s license, and use their own vehicle to travel between work sites, with mileage reimbursement available. • Maintain a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided. • Prior experience in customer‑service sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast‑food, etc.) required.
