What You Bring

As a Filter Tech you will replace air filters and perform basic HVAC maintenance, primarily on rooftop air ventilation and HVAC systems for retail and commercial customers. • Minimum age 21 to operate company vehicle • Valid driver’s license with clean record; subject to monthly review • Residence within 40 miles of the designated region • Comfortable working at heights up to 40 ft using extension ladders • Weight under 275 lb to meet ladder safety limits • Availability to work 40‑50 hours per week • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lb • Experience in facility or grounds maintenance • Construction background • HVAC experience • Cable installation knowledge • Route driving experience • Roofing experience
