Manage site operations, teams and delivery of construction projects in East Scotland.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Assume direct responsibility for the operational team on site, including Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, Labour and Contingent Worker Managers. • Be accountable for delivering works on site (whole or section) while liaising with commercial, design, services, planning and safety functions. • Ensure projects or sections are completed efficiently, economically, to high quality standards and in compliance with company procedures. • Maintain a positive client interface and build strong relationships to support repeat business. • Take full responsibility for project delivery on site, enabling the Project Manager to focus on their role without distractions. • Deputise for the Project Manager when they are on leave or unavailable.

What You Bring
• Hold a professional qualification such as HNC, SVQ or equivalent. • Hold an appropriate CSCS card. • Complete a 5‑day SMSTS course. • Possess construction industry experience in a similar role, including work within frameworks and promoting positive behaviours. • Extensive front‑line supervision experience on building projects with technical knowledge of envelope, fit‑out trades and M&E.
