About the Role
We are seeking a Project Director for our Infrastructure Cost Management team in London. In this role you will provide leadership and direction to the team, embedding Turner & Townsend’s values and setting a clear strategy that leverages diverse perspectives. You will identify, coach and mentor talent, celebrate successes, and model a One Business culture that balances the needs of people, clients, shareholders and society while maintaining the highest integrity and safety standards. A deep understanding of the market is essential, as you will act as a brand ambassador and create a pipeline of new opportunities for the business. You will be expected to promote Turner & Townsend’s reputation and drive growth through strategic relationships and market insight. • Lead and direct the Infrastructure Cost Management team in London. • Set clear strategy and foster an inclusive culture leveraging diverse perspectives. • Coach, mentor and develop talent, recognizing and celebrating achievements. • Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining deep market knowledge and building a pipeline of opportunities. • Uphold the highest integrity, ensuring safety and well‑being for people and stakeholders. • Comply with SOX controls where applicable.

What You Bring
The successful candidate must hold a degree in Quantity Surveying; FRICS or MRICS accreditation is preferred.
