About the Role
Job Summary: Develop and train new Production employees during onboarding, including classroom and on‑the‑job training, guidance, coaching, and skill evaluation. Also develop and train Quality Team Leaders, Operators, Manufacturing workers, and Production Leaders using AAON’s learning methodology and positive leadership practices. Support AAON’s quality and continuous improvement culture by implementing measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, production quality and efficiency. Ensure all team members understand and adhere to the AAON Quality Management System. Work with peers and other teams to organize and improve work areas and throughput, update and improve documentation and procedures that directly affect quality of AAON products. • Conduct classroom and hands‑on training on brazing fundamentals, safety, and blueprint interpretation. • Coach and assess new hires, providing feedback to supervisors and recommending skill development. • Monitor and improve brazing performance, collaborating with Quality and Engineering teams. • Lead training across work stations, deliver onboarding programs, and track training completion. • Perform audits of assembly processes, enforce PPE use, tool safety, and quality procedures. • Coach QTLs and Production Leaders in Lean, 6S, and continuous improvement methods. • Recruit and develop potential leadership candidates for QTL and Production Lead roles. • Maintain and update documentation, work instructions, and quality metrics.

What You Bring
• Possess brazing certification and at least 5 years of manufacturing experience. • Demonstrate strong communication, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills. • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lb in an industrial environment.
