About the Role

The Cell Manufacturing Associate is responsible for setting up and operating manufacturing and test equipment to produce final products. They inspect parts as needed to ensure product quality, follow standard work procedures, and apply process control methods throughout the manufacturing process. Routine preventative maintenance on tools and equipment is also performed. The associate reads and interprets diagrams, blueprints, specifications, and work orders to determine material requirements and assembly instructions. They select, align, and secure tooling and accessories on machines such as hydraulic presses, burnish/test machines, and assembly fixtures, then enter settings and calibrate equipment for each production order. Production and operational data are recorded on prescribed forms or data‑tracking systems, and quality checks are conducted using micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring instruments. Work is rotated through all tasks required in the production process, including molding, machine operation, assembly, potting, washing, painting, and inspection.
