What You Bring
Skilled HVAC Technicians will service air‑cooled and/or water‑cooled chillers, handling startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and aftermarket support. Technicians act as trusted advisors, providing solutions, recommendations, and quotes to ensure facilities run efficiently and to identify upselling opportunities, all while upholding the highest standards of customer service. Candidates must be members—or be willing to join—the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices, and have practical experience as a Chiller Journeyman with strong HVAC/mechanical troubleshooting skills. They should be able to repair centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, and screw‑chiller components, possess a Universal EPA refrigerant license, any required state or local licenses, and a valid driver’s license, and be comfortable traveling 10‑20% for customer support.
