About the Role

As a Bartender you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service and supporting company success through a range of duties. You will manage menu knowledge, beverage preparation, compliance with alcohol regulations, and maintain a clean, well‑stocked bar environment. You will also handle cash transactions, assist with food service in the pool grill area, and generate end‑of‑shift reports using the Micros system. • Maintain knowledge of menu items, beverage brands, cocktail recipes, and beer, wine, soda selections • Comply with all state regulations regarding alcohol service and consumption • Serve hot and cold food to guests promptly as needed • Collect payments for beverages and food in the pool grill area and keep the bar/grill area clean and organized • Perform general cleaning tasks using standard products to meet health standards • Prepare bar supplies such as ice and sliced/pitted fruit for drink garnishes

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates with at least one year of bartending or serving experience in a hospitality setting. Preferred qualifications include an Alcohol Awareness Certification, Food Safety Certification, and two or more years of related experience.
