About the Role
• Perform architectural tasks, prepare specifications, reports, and data tables. • Execute specific portions of broader assignments under guidance of senior architects. • Prepare, review, and approve project drawings as required. • Conduct interdisciplinary reviews of deliverables and identify discrepancies. • Independently manage advanced technical assignments within schedule and budget constraints. • Collaborate with professional staff on reports, studies, drawings, and design narratives. • Assist in training and mentoring junior architectural and drafting personnel. • Participate in office work with occasional meetings, site visits, and client interactions. • Contribute to the development of new architectural methods and techniques.

This role offers hybrid work flexibility, allowing work from the office, remotely, or on‑site, and involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on medium to large‑scale, design‑driven projects across various industries. • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 8+ years of relevant experience. • Minimum: NCARB‑registered architect license and U.S. citizenship. • Preferred: 10 years combined experience and a Master’s in Architecture. • Preferred: Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office suite. • Preferred: Strong communication, detail orientation, and self‑starter mindset. • Preferred: Ability to work independently and within large technical teams.
