About the Role
Based primarily in Port Townsend, WA, with onboarding in Sumner, WA, the Construction Supervisor supports all phases of utility construction on various telecom projects. The role involves developing the team’s telecom construction expertise, leading by example in safety, driving deadlines and quality, providing top‑tier customer service, and directing multiple crews on job sites. • Develop team’s skill set and knowledge of telecom construction (aerial and underground) • Lead by example and support company-wide safety culture • Drive team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects • Provide high level of customer service when interfacing with customers • Give direction to multiple crews and their job site activities

Troubleshooting, coaching, Microsoft Office proficiency, and relevant MOS codes further strengthen your fit. • Track record of high‑quality work completion • Strong problem‑solving skills with a hands‑on approach • Willingness to work alongside the team in the field • Experienced leader supporting day‑to‑day needs of a construction crew • Knowledge of telecom construction (coax splicing, fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading, etc.) • Ability to troubleshoot issues in the field • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn custom software • Relevant MOS codes (12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, 2591)
