The role requires a highly motivated, team‑oriented individual who can also work independently to meet deadlines and objectives. A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required, and candidates must be comfortable and courteous representing CBH Homes with all stakeholders. • Multitask effectively in a fast‑paced homebuilding setting. • At least 1 year experience as assistant construction manager or similar role. • Comprehensive knowledge of all construction trades. • Highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player. • Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
