About the Role
The Organizational Development team drives systemic change by breaking silos, forging strategic connections, fostering partnerships and coaching actions across regional and enterprise initiatives, enhancing dialogue and collaboration to design the future business together. We are looking for an Organizational Development Lead to advance transformative initiatives, facilitate team coaching programs, lead change‑management efforts and nurture cross‑organizational collaboration to achieve our future objectives. • Facilitate cultural transformation aligned with enterprise strategy. • Lead change management for priority enterprise projects. • Collaborate with senior leadership to align OD initiatives with business strategy. • Design and implement operating model adjustments with project teams. • Support enterprise projects from conception through delivery, ensuring scope and timelines. • Apply systemic team coaching to improve performance, communication, and collaboration. • Build cross‑functional relationships to drive positive change and communication. • Guide teams in adopting innovative working practices and mindsets. • Conduct innovation workshops to explore new business or service models.

What You Bring
The role operates across global time zones (APAC, Americas, EMEA), is based in our Melbourne or Sydney office with a hybrid model (up to two days remote), and may require intermittent travel; applications close on 20 February, contact Zoe Ferguson for details. • Hold a tertiary qualification in Organisational Psychology, HR, Business Management or related field. • Demonstrated experience in organisational change, business transformation, and digital/workforce transformation. • Proven ability to guide senior stakeholders and mentor others in ambiguous environments. • Strong performance under pressure, uncertainty, and setbacks. • Ability to question established practices and initiate constructive change. • Work across APAC, Americas, and EMEA time zones; based in Melbourne or Sydney with up to 2 days remote per week. • Willingness to travel intermittently as required.
