About the Role

The role oversees all aspects of planning, scheduling, organizing, managing, and evaluating the performance of ALSS, LS, and Security Program Assistant personnel assigned to the task order. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient execution of duties, on‑time delivery of support materials, and comprehensive logistical reporting. The incumbent manages supply chain functions, property and maintenance records, and coordinates shipments, customs procedures, and equipment accountability. Additional duties cover vehicle support oversight, liaison with host‑government agencies, and preparation of reports and other written deliverables. • Manage planning, scheduling, and performance assessment of ALSS, LS, and SPA personnel. • Ensure on‑time delivery of property, supplies, and equipment. • Prepare and maintain property, maintenance, and operational records. • Oversee supply, receiving, marking, warehousing, and storage per contract requirements. • Administer payroll, time sheets, and muster sheets for task order personnel. • Coordinate shipments, customs procedures, and equipment accountability. • Maintain strict accountability of equipment, supplies, and spare parts via computerized system. • Liaise with host‑government agencies for visas, customs clearances, and authorizations. • Prepare written deliverables such as reports, spreadsheets, memos, and summaries. • Supervise vehicle procurement, maintenance scheduling, fuel logs, and dispatch records.

What You Bring

Candidates must be U.S. citizens or qualify under the specified status, demonstrate Level 3 English proficiency, and hold a bachelor’s degree in logistics/supply‑chain management or a Certified Professional Property Administrator credential. A minimum of six years of administrative and logistical support experience is required, including at least three years in property management covering four core areas and two years in a supervisory capacity. Overseas procurement and logistics experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift 50 lb are also required. Successful applicants must complete mandatory supervisory and NPSS training, obtain a Personnel Security Clearance, and maintain competency with ILMS applications. • Provide at least six years of administrative and logistical support experience, including three years in property management. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in logistics/supply‑chain management or a Certified Professional Property Administrator certification.
