About the Role
The Rental Yard Associate works in the yard to ensure equipment is clean, inspected, lubricated, and ready for customer delivery while adhering to safety standards. The role requires physical stamina, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods, and may involve additional duties as assigned. • Remove dirt, concrete, and debris from rental equipment using hand tools. • Inspect rental equipment for damage and report according to established procedures. • Oil and lubricate tools, equipment, and tilt‑up braces per specifications. • Prepare and stage rental orders for delivery. • Follow company safety policies and procedures.

What You Bring
