About the Role
The role involves transporting inventory to customer job sites while following safety protocols and maintaining professionalism. Deliveries are made to customer locations and the position requires adherence to company procedures. You will represent White Cap by providing reliable service to our clients. • Perform routine vehicle inspections for road safety. • Plan and adjust routes to customer sites, accounting for traffic and construction. • Verify that delivery manifests are complete and accurate. • Load inventory onto trucks and unload merchandise at customer locations. • Contact customers when they are unavailable to arrange delivery. • Pull orders to match manifests and maintain accurate delivery records. • Provide assistance to resolve customer issues during deliveries.

What You Bring
Work includes physical activity such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting items up to 50 lb, and may be performed in environments with temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noises, and fumes. Occasional overnight travel accounts for less than 5 % of the schedule. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 2‑5 years of related experience, and a valid driver’s license endorsement for the vehicle class. Familiarity with warehouse procedures, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents is beneficial.
