About the Role
Each day you will work at one of our recycling facilities serving over 20 million customers, operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders. Your work directly supports the efficient processing of materials and contributes to the overall success of our operations. • Operate bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders per safety policies • Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance, maintaining accurate records • Move and position raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment • Follow standard operating procedures for equipment operation and maintenance • Solve problems autonomously • Occasionally lift objects <30 lb; exposure to dirt, noise, weather extremes common

What You Bring
The work environment includes exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and varying weather conditions, typical of shop or field settings. Physical effort is required throughout the shift, though accommodations are available for qualified individuals. Candidates must have at least five years of experience operating heavy equipment, be 18 or older, and be legally eligible to work in the United States. Applicants must also be able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodations, and successfully complete a pre‑employment drug screen and physical examination.
