About the Role

The position supports skilled craft workers by performing assigned tasks and following direction from foremen or higher‑skilled employees. The role emphasizes delivering quality work while maintaining a safe job site. • Identify and eliminate waste (waiting, rework, transport, storage, time). • Seek supervisor guidance when unsure about safety or work issues. • Learn and understand all relevant safety hazards. • Safely operate work‑related tools and equipment. • Maintain positive relationships with crew members. • Produce high‑quality work safely and productively. • Provide feedback to ensure availability of materials, tools, equipment, and information. • Occasionally stoop, kneel, or bend. • Use telephone, computer, email, or other electronic devices on a limited basis for communication. • Move in confined, cluttered, and uneven areas. • Comply with all safety standards and procedures. • Frequently use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry, or feel objects. • Climb and maintain balance on steel/wood frameworks, stairs, ladders, and scaffolds. • Occasionally lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb. • Work up to 12‑hour shifts in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions.

What You Bring

• Perform basic math calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide). • Hold NCCER Core Curriculum certification or a high school diploma (or equivalent). • Possess 1–3 years of experience in industrial/commercial construction (Level I‑III). • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills. • Wear required personal protective equipment (steel‑toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, vest, etc.). • Frequently reach above shoulder height and below waist.
