About the Role
As part of HDR’s Transportation Business Group, you’ll help shape systems that move people and goods safely, efficiently, and sustainably, working with planners, engineers, architects, and specialists to solve complex mobility challenges. Your contributions will support economic vitality, public safety, sustainable communities, and quality of life, while driving progress and leaving a legacy of smarter transportation networks. • Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status • File proposal and presentation material upon submittal • Support client relationship management and financial systems for reporting metrics and dashboards • Maintain accurate project and resume data in business development systems • Arrange professional photography for projects • Assist in developing annual and long‑term strategic plans and growth initiatives • Support implementation of client plans and market‑share strategies • Solicit formal client feedback • Administer the go/no‑go decision process per HDR's Matrix of Authority • Support content marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and thought leadership • Develop and publish engaging digital content reflecting HDR's brand • Implement social media campaigns • Support strategies that elevate HDR's brand with industry associations • Create marketing collateral for business development efforts • Develop internal communications content such as announcements, presentations, videos, and webinars • Plan and coordinate large internal meetings, both in‑person and virtual • Maintain inventory of branded materials for client visits, conferences, and recruiting

What You Bring
To succeed in this role you need the ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with strong attention to detail, excellent prioritization and time‑management skills, and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously with limited supervision. Strong teamwork, collaborative interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude are essential. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Communications, Journalism, or related field • 3+ years of document layout and production experience • Preferred experience in the Architecture/Engineering (A/E) industry • Strong analytical problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities • Advanced graphics skills with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Photoshop • Experience in proposal planning and coordination • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines • Self‑starter, team‑oriented, able to work with diverse personalities and styles • Willingness to travel and engage in‑person with stakeholders • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, primarily InDesign
