About the Role
The Regional Asia‑Pacific Lead will be based in India (Bangalore or Hyderabad) and report to the Global Lead in the UK, working with a small global team to provide BAU support, become the system SME, troubleshoot issues, manage the work queue and assist with testing and training. The role requires handling the resource‑booking queue, responding to enquiries within SLAs, replicating and escalating issues, building and amending system resources, managing user access, troubleshooting panels, delivering guidance and training, and implementing new rollouts under the Regional Lead’s direction. • Manage the Resource Booking work queue and respond to customer enquiries within SLA. • Replicate, troubleshoot, and escalate system issues to Tier 2/vendor support. • Build, amend, and maintain system resources and user access via admin modules. • Troubleshoot hardware panels and resolve panel‑related issues. • Deliver guidance, training, and support to end‑users on the booking platform. • Implement new rollouts and initiatives under Regional Lead direction. • Quickly learn and engage with the JCI OpenBlue Employee vendor system. • Capture business requirements and translate them into system solutions. • Provide accurate data reporting and maintain system data standards. • Recommend process improvements for continuous service enhancement.

What You Bring

Candidates should have at least one year of experience as a systems administrator or customer‑experience representative, logical problem‑solving skills, basic project‑management knowledge, fluent English, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work autonomously in virtual teams while handling high volumes of enquiries. • Communicate empathetically and professionally with customers across channels. • Minimum 1 year experience as systems administrator or customer‑experience representative. • Logical approach to issue replication, testing, and documentation. • Basic project‑management skills for gathering requirements and managing timelines. • Fluent English; additional language skills a plus. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Ability to work autonomously in virtual teams and handle high inquiry volume.
